Interactive 3D map embed

Put a living placeinside any page.

Publish a lightweight interactive terrain scene with its own permanent embed URL—ideal for stories, destinations, events and exhibits.

Real terrain · live scene

A 3D map embed gives readers spatial context without sending them away. They can orbit the terrain, understand the story and open the full scene when they want to explore or remix it.

A unique URL per map

Every published scene receives an independent 12-character embed ID that never depends on its optional slug.

Interactive, not a screenshot

Viewers can orbit an actual 3D scene with terrain, objects, pins, routes and labels.

A built-in creation loop

The embed links back to 3D Mapper, while public map pages invite signed-in visitors to remix.

How it works

From a coordinate to a scene worth sharing.

  1. 1

    Create the scene

Build the terrain and spatial story in the 3D editor.

  2. 2

    Sign in and publish

Publishing stores the map in Neon and creates permanent share and embed identities.

  3. 3

    Copy the iframe

Use the generated embed URL in a CMS, article, portfolio or product page.

  4. 4

    Keep the scene alive

Update the original map while preserving its stable public identity.

Common questions

Can viewers edit the original map?+

No. Public viewers cannot edit the original. Remix creates a new independently owned map after sign-in.

Do embedded maps include attribution?+

Yes. Map and elevation attribution remain visible in the embedded experience.
