Honest manufacturing boundary
Those elements remain visible in the scene, but they are not silently added to the print file until they can be unioned and checked independently.

No. Make3DMap does not extract imagery or 3D meshes from Google Earth. You select coordinates in our map interface and the product builds a terrain model from its supplied elevation workflow and attributed map sources.
No. The check covers mesh topology, orientation, physical dimensions and baseline base thickness. Your slicer and printer settings still determine supports, layer height, nozzle, material and final manufacturability.
3MF stores millimeters explicitly. STL only stores triangle coordinates, so the same file can import at the wrong scale unless you confirm millimeters in the slicer.
Not in the checked terrain export yet. They require boolean union, wall-thickness and self-intersection checks of their own. Excluding them is safer than presenting an unchecked scene as print-ready.
No. You can select a place, generate the terrain and see the full print inspection first. Sign-in is requested only when you download a passing 3MF or STL file.
